What did you enjoy most about your rural placement?
This was an extremely different placement as a paramedicine student. I was exposed to so many different experiences.
I loved working within an interprofessional clinic with so many other disciplines and am grateful for the knowledge that I gained throughout my placement.
Would you recommend a rural placement to other students? Why?
Most definitely!
This was such an enjoyable placement not only through working with participants throughout their journey, but working within the clinic with other students from other disciplines was such a positive experience for me and contributed so much to my learning journey.
What are your top tips for students considering a rural placement?
I think that this clinic was a very positive experience and would highly recommend this placement to other students.
